Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a high-quality product by using a fragrance sensor for detection of fragrance of a steaming process of coarse tea manufacturing process and automatizing the steaming process.
CONSTITUTION: A fragrance sensor is laid in a steaming process and control elements of the steaming process is regulated by signals of the fragrance sensor. Since the degree of fragrance can be quantitatively grasped by anybody, qualities of products can be improved.
