PURPOSE: To ensure quick control at emergency time while preventing a pilot involuntary oscillation(PIO) by providing a constitution such that a grip is mounted by holding and air gap against a stick and a fluid is jetted to this air gap as necessary so as to eliminate a play.

CONSTITUTION: A grip 1a of a control stick is mounted so as to provide an air gap 3 between the grip and a stick 2, relating to the stick 2, and also a rotary joint 11 is idlably supported to the center. Thus by giving a movable range by a play 4 relating to the control stick, and by providing this play 4, carelessly moving the grip 1a due to oscillation of a pilot arm is not transmitted to the stick 2 but absorbed to prevent a PIO. On the other hand in the case of detecting an airframe rapidly moved by a sensor, a valve is opened to supply high pressure air, accumulated in an accumulator, to the air gap 3 via a hollow part of the stick 2, and the grip 1a is impeded from idling, to place operation of the grip 1a in a condition immediately transmittable to the stick 2.
