To provide a control system to operate a flow control valve to move a fluid actuator by arranging an input part, an electronic control part, a pump and a fluid control part having a related valve.
A control system 10 contains an operator input control part 12, an electronic control part 14 and a fluid control part 16. The operator input control part 12 contains a first equipment lever 18 to raise and lower an equipment of a machine and a second equipment lever 20 to control heaping-up and loading/unloading of the equipment. In operation, the electronic control part 14 of the control system 10 regulates motion necessary in the fluid control part 16 to control the equipment of the machine. The electronic control part 14 contains a demand stage 26 to convert a movement of control levers 18 and 20 being operator input into desired equipment speed and pump pressure. The electronic control part 14 also contains a practice stage 28 to decide a necessary command to attain a desired result by receiving a demand.
