PURPOSE: To simplify the overall control of the charging information of a job network by designating one of plural computers as the master one to perform automatically the integrated control of the charging information on the output of a network job processed by a computer.

CONSTITUTION: A master computer designating means 1 designates one of plural computers included in a computer network as a master computer 8 which performs the integrated control of the charging information on the output of a network job. A charging information output means 2 outputs the charging information to a system charging file 100. A charging information transfer instruction means 3 starts a charging information transfer program 200, and a charging information transfer means 4 transfers the charging information to the computer 8 based on the program 200. The computer 8 receives the charging information via a charging information reception means 7 and stores the information into a network job charging file 400. Thus the charging information are automatically collected into the charging file of the computer 8. As a result, the overall control of the charging information is simplified for a job network.
