PURPOSE: To control automatically a machine depending on the access or parting of a specific personnel for transmission, by switching the receiving state depending on the distance between a transmitter and a receiver and controlling the machine through the collation of an encryption code.
CONSTITUTION: When a personnel carrying a transmitter A transmitting a specific code approaches an exit and an inlet of an office provided with a receiver B, the receiver B receives a signal from the transmitter and a parallel code signal outputted from an S/P converter 5 is collated for whether or not the code is a code registered in advance in a code SW group 7 at a code comparator 6. When coincident, the coincidence of code is stored in a collating memory 8. The storage of coincidence of code in the memory 8 allows a driver 9 to open the door of the inlet and the exit. When the personnel carrying the transmitter A is parted from the inlet and exit, the receiver B is brought from the receiving state into the non-receiving state.
