Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the dynamic stability by automatically selecting the optimum gain of various variable inputs predetermined in response to the operating state and system state of the generator when the exciting system and the governor system are cooperatively controlled by many variable inputs. CONSTITUTION:Many variable inputs of voltage control deviation, output control deviation, field magnetic flux phif, field voltage Ef, phase difference angle omega, rotating speed delta, governor valve opening Pm, and mechanical torque Tm to a generator are applied to a controller 3, individual gains K1m, K2n are applied to add, thereby outputting the operation amounts to an exciter 1 and a governor 2. The operating state and system state of the generator are monitored by a system state variation detector 5, and optimum gain of the various variable inputs are automatically selected by a memory 4 for previously storing the optimum gain. Accordingly, many variable optimum control in response to the various state variations can be performed, thereby largely increasing the stable operation range of the generator.
