Title:
CONTROL SYSTEM HAVING TILTING PRIORITY MECHANISM AND METHOD FOR PRIORITIZING TILTING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3958408
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable prioritizing of tilting hydromechanically by receiving a first control signal from a lifting circuit and a second control signal from a tilting circuit by a limiter-module and controlling a valve in response to the control signals for metering the flow rate of a fluid.
SOLUTION: A limiter-module 68 receives a signal 66 from a map 54, and receives a signal 76 from a map 56. The limiter-module 68 selects the signal having a lower value from the signal 66 and the signal 76, and transmits a signal 72 to switches 74 and 75. Tilting is prioritized by metering flow rates passing through valves 116a and 116b. When a tilting-command is increased, a flow rate from a pump to a cylinder is reduced, and the movement of the cylinder is limited. The flow rate to the cylinder is limited by a command to a lifting circuit 26. The limiter-module 68 meters the flow rate from the pump to the cylinder, and tilting is prioritized.
