Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of accurately stopping an object in a target stop position.SOLUTION: A control system (1) controls a motor (81) driving a mechanical device (70). The mechanical device is driven by the motor, to move an object (71). The motor is driven by a driving circuit (85). The driving circuit inputs a voltage corresponding to a voltage command value inputted from a controller (40) to the motor, to drive the motor. The controller executes speed control processing up to a predetermined point of time in a process for moving the object to the target stop position. After that, the controller executes position control processing for inputting the voltage command value corresponding to a deviation between a target position and the position of the object to the driving circuit. When switching to the position control processing, the controller sets a target position locus up to the target stop position and sets the initial value of an integration element (445) on the basis of the initial target speed and initial target acceleration of the object following the target position locus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
