Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a combustion state in a structure configured to jet water to a suction passage of an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A predetermined time from a time point of transferring to an operation region where a water jetting device jets water to a time point when water reaches the inside of a cylinder of an internal combustion engine is set so that an air-fuel ratio is on a rich side with respect to an air-fuel ratio corresponding to the operation region where the water jetting device jets water and ignition timing is delayed compared to ignition timing corresponding to the operation region where the water jetting device jets water, so that the internal combustion engine is operated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
