PURPOSE: To easily change a business form data output form without increasing the memories which store the reform planes by converting the output data into the business form date.

CONSTITUTION: An X address memory 11 stores the attribute information on the types of lateral ruled lines, a print area, a mask area, etc., and the position information on the longitudinal ruled lines. Meanwhile a Y address memory 12 stores the attribute information on the longitudinal ruled lines and the position information on the lateral ruled lines. A date plane 13 stores the data information on the characters, the pictorial symbols, etc. Then the form pattern of a table to be produced is set before the print is started and then stored in both memories 11 and 12 in an head pattern form via an X counter 16 and a Y counter 17 respectively. Receiving a print start command, a conversion table 14 outputs the data from the plane 13 and at the same time converts both memories 11 and 1.2. Then the print date are outputted to a printer device 15.
