PURPOSE: To improve efficiency and precision of control by forming shipping information by marks applied to knockdown parts, communicating between information processing devices on the shipping side and the receiving side, and performing collecting and receiving control based on the marks and the shipping information.

CONSTITUTION: Shipping information is outputted from a host computer 1 to a bar code printer 2 and a host computer 11 at an assembling site. The bar code printer 2 outputs a collecting direction sheet 3, the worker collects parts using a bar code reader 4 and a personal computer 5, and reads a bar code 7 in each part 6 to confirm the part. After confirmation, the worker puts the part in a packaging container 8, and applies a collecting instruction sheet 3. The assembling site is read by reading the bar code in the collecting instruction sheet 3 by means of a reader 9, and it is inputted to the host computer 11 through a handy terminal 10 to be confirmed by received shipping information. By this constitution, efficiency and correctness of control from collecting to receiving can be improved.
