Abstract:
Provided are a control system, a program, and a control method, with which it is possible to reduce the possibility of a delay in an initial action when an abnormality occurs in a facility. A control system (1) is equipped with a first acquisition unit (101), a second acquisition unit (102), and a communication processing unit (106). The first acquisition unit (101) acquires a detection result from a detector that detects an abnormality in a first facility. The second acquisition unit (102) acquires presence/absence information indicating either the presence or the absence of a person in the first facility. When the first acquisition unit (101) acquires, as a detection result from the detector, abnormality detection information indicating that an abnormality has been detected, and the second acquisition unit (102) acquires presence/absence information indicating the absence of a person in the first facility, the communication processing unit (106) transmits an alarm notification in accordance with the abnormality detection information to a second facility other than the first facility.
