Abstract:
PURPOSE:To use the titled system for a process which necessitates a quick responsiveness, by connecting in parallel a proportional arithmetic part and an integral arithmetic part at the time of a tuning mode, and executing an observation of a limit cycle, while continuing a process control, in a state that a two-position type non-linear element containing a hysteresis has been inserted into the pre-stage of the proportional arithmetic part. CONSTITUTION:At the time of a tuning mode, even if a value of two positions of a non-linear element is made small by an operation of an integral arithmetic part 12, an observation of a limit cycle and follow-up to a set value can be executed, and also, the output of the non-linear element works on a process through a proportional arithmetic part 11, therefore, an influence exerted on the process can be reduced uniformly, irrespective of the gain which the process has. In addition, the upper non- linear element has a hysteresis, so that the output is not inverted immediately at the time point when a deviation becomes below zero, therefore, in a place where the deviation is near zero, even if a virtual deviation fluctuates minutely centering around a zero point by an influence of noise, the output of the non-linear element repeats an inversion by following it up, and it does not occur that a manipulated variable to the process fluctuates remarkably.
