Abstract:
PURPOSE:To control a supply electric energy to be a send-out voltage in which the supply electric energy becomes minimum from a stored correlation by measuring, operating, and storing the correlation between the send-out voltage and the supply electric energy in a substation which can control the send-out voltage for each interval between the operations of electric cars. CONSTITUTION:In a control device 3 for controlling a thyristor rectifier provided in a power source circuit, a direct-current electric energy is measured 9 from the measured signals 4A, 8A of a current and a voltage, and an electric-energy data table for each day's schedule and each time zone is formed 10 from the measured value and the outputs of a day's-schedule timer 11 and a time-zone timer 12. By extracting 13 the send-out voltage which can be the minimum electric energy for each time zone for (n) days from the table, the correlation table between the voltage for each time zone and the minimum electric energy is formed 14 and stored 17. After that, a gate control signal 2A for controlling the thyristor rectifier is outputted so as to generate a send-out voltage for making a supply electric energy for each interval between the operations of electric cars minimum according to the table.
