PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control unit capable of easily calculating detection electric angle signal to reduce limitations relevant to the resolution of an encoder.SOLUTION: A control unit 1 includes: a position generation section 30 that generates a position signal Pn which includes a piece of position information of a rotor; an electric angle detection section 40 that outputs a detected electric angle signal φ which includes a piece of information of an electric angle obtained by multiplying a coefficient to the position signal Pn; and a drive section 20 that outputs an excitation current to a coil based on an amplitude signal Id including the amplitude information of the excitation current and the detected electric angle signal φ.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
