To provide a control unit of a transfer feeder equipment which has complicated characteristics and with which high cycle conveyance operation is performed by suppressing the vibration of a conveyance beam of characteristics variously changing according to the clamping state of a work.
The control unit for controlling the driving section of the transfer feeder equipment is equipped with a manipulated variable operation means 30 which operates the driving section speed command value signal for instructing the operation speed of the driving section. The manipulated variable operation means 30 comprises a driving section position control means 31 which operates a first manipulated variable signal and a driving force fluctuation suppression means 32 which has a control element vibrating at a frequency equal to the intrinsic frequency of the conveyance beam 1 and operates the second manipulated variable signal by a state equation set so as to have a transmission frequency characteristic having a gain peak.
