To provide a control unit which can notify an existence of an abnormality in electrical equipment when the electrical equipment is inoperable.
The control unit comprises a first terminal part 121, a signal processing part 132a, a display 221, a storage 132c and a display control part 132b. The first terminal part 121 is connected to a remote control breaker 311 which is arranged inside a distribution board 31. The signal processing part 132a outputs a control signal S1 which indicates a control content of the remote control breaker 311 to the remote control breaker 311 via the first terminal part 121 and receives a state signal S2 which indicates an operational state of the remote control breaker 311 from the remote control breaker 311 via the first terminal part 121. The display 221 notifies an abnormality of the remote control breaker 311. The storage 132c stores the control content and the operational state. The display control part 132b controls the display 221. The display control part 132a compares the control content which is stored in the storage 132c and the operational state after a time-out period and notifies an abnormality using the display 221 when the control content and the operational state do not match.
