Abstract:
To provide a control valve for blowing air, the strength of which is little degraded even at high temperatures 900-1300°C, stable to a thermal shock, and controlled the flow rate of the gas with a high temperature, high pressure and high flow speed.
The control valve for blowing air is formed of Si-SiC composite material containing 40-80 vol.% SiC.
