Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control valve capable of achieving slide resistance by a vibration control spring as planned.SOLUTION: A vibration control spring 50 through which a shaft 33 is coaxially inserted is provided in a body of an expansion valve. The vibration control spring 50 includes: a cylindrical body 102 supported by an inner wall of a large diameter part 46; a spring part 104 which is integrally formed with a side wall of the body 102, and is supported in a cantilevered state by the body 102; and a swelling part 106 protruding on a surface facing a shaft 33 of the spring part 104. When the swelling part 106 abuts on the shaft 33, the spring part 104 is bent, and sliding force can be applied to the shaft 33 by the elastic reaction force. A plate shaped body obtained by punching a metal plate by press working is bent along the longitudinal direction, and thus, the body 102 is formed as the cylindrical body, and an edge part 120 projecting outward in a radial direction is formed at least on one end in an axial direction of the cylindrical body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
