Abstract:
To provide a control valve capable of decreasing weight and manufacturing costs while ensuring durability.SOLUTION: A control valve 8 includes: a casing 21; a drive shaft 27 penetrating the inside/outside of the casing 21 through a through-hole 28 formed on the casing 21; a drive unit 23 disposed on the outside of the casing 21 and rotating the drive shaft 27; a valve body 22 coupled to the drive shaft 27 in the inside of the casing 21, configured to rotate with the drive shaft 27, and switching the communication and interception of the inside/outside of the casing 21 through a communication port with rotations of the drive shaft 27; and a seal ring 35 intercepting the communication of the inside/outside of the casing 21. The drive shaft 27 has a drive shaft body 27A, and a sliding portion 27B in which a sliding part with the seal ring 35 of the drive shaft 27 is formed of a metal material. The drive shaft body 27A is formed of a material smaller in density than the sliding portion 27B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
