To provide a control wire fitting structure enabling an inner wire to be easily fitted to a movable member without requiring any large working space and without deforming the inner wire.

A control wire 6 comprises: an outer wire 6a fixed to a fixing member; and an inner wire 6b slidably inserted into the outer wire 6a. As a fitting structure for fitting the control wire to a lever (movable member) 3 by the inner wire 6b, the lever 3 is formed with an opening 3A that is opened toward its working direction, one end engaging part (a multi-ring 6A) of the inner wire 6b is inserted into the opening 3A and engaged there to cause the inner wire 6b to be fitted to the lever 3. In addition, the opening 3A of the lever 3 is provided with a pair of engaging catches 3a of which space becomes narrow in an inserting direction of one end engaging part (the multi-ring 6A) of the inner wire 6b.
