Abstract:
To provide a new controlled-release composite particle that is excellent in controlled release and dispersion, small in environmental load, and easy in handling, and a method for producing the same, and dry powder using the particle.SOLUTION: A controlled-release composite particle 5 has a core particle 3 that comprises at least one polymer containing a liquid phase 4 comprising an aqueous medium and a water-soluble effective substance and/or a water-dispersible effective substance, and a coating layer 2 provided on the surface of the core particle 3 and composed of fine cellulose 1.
