PURPOSE: To simplify the structure by providing a drain cock for opening/closing a drain port and detecting a drain port opening/closing state in the drain port in the bottom of a bathtub, and automatically supplying hot water if the cock is closed or stopping an automatic hot water supply if the cock is not closed.
CONSTITUTION: If set conditions are input by an operation unit 9 to set an automatically driving operation, a command generator 16 confirms whether a water cock sensor 15 closes a drain cock 8 or not. That is, if a water stop cock 8B of the cock 8 is set to a stopping state, a reed switch 8D detects the magnetic flux of a magnet 8C thereby to sense that the cock 8 is closed. When the clock 8 is closed, a valve driving circuit 14 opens a valve 5, and a water level sensor 13 is operated to supply hot water to a set level of a level sensor. If the cock 8 is not closed, the circuit 14 is not operated to inhibit supply of the hot water.
