PURPOSE: To prevent the failure in manufacture by providing a detecting means for detecting the number of revolution of a motor in kneading of the bread material, comparing means for comparing the detected revolution speed with a standard value, stop means for stopping the succeeding operations when the revolution speed exceeds the standard value, and/or an information means.
CONSTITUTION: A CPU 12 in a microcomputer 11 initializes the threshold value Rth of the number of revolution of a motor and receives a voltage signal from a motor revolution speed detecting circuit 21 and stores the revolution speed data Rto into a RAM 13. The threshold value RTh is set to an intermediate value of the motor revolution speed in the both cases when dough is forgotton to be fed into a kneading container and the case when the dough is fed into the container. The data Rto is compared with the threshold value Rth, and if Rto≥Rth. an indication instruction signal, alarm instruction signal, and a motor revolution stop signal are outputted into a display circuit 16, buzzer circuit 20, and a relay control circuit 22 through an I/O port 15. Therefore, the fact that the dough is forgotten to be into the kneading container is displayed, and an alarm buzzer operates.
