The controller 2 includes: a means for recognizing the connection of a HA communication terminal to the terminal on the basis of a monitor signal outputted from the terminal when the terminal is newly connected to the HA communication terminal; a means for storing connection information of the HA communication terminal; a means for storing the connection information of the HA communication terminal; and a means for transmitting the connection information of the HA communication terminal to a management center.
