Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce man-hours for preparing working data by shifting the start and termination points of working at positions other than a segment of contour working data on the way of segment by a half or more of the diameter of working tool respectively in the reverse and proceeding directions. CONSTITUTION:Contour working data consisting of pattern data and operation control data in a contour working machine body section 4 are read through a data input section 1 in a working data conversion control section 2 and once memorized in a data memory section 5. Next, a pattern data editing process section 6 searches out the start and termination points of working pattern data and shifts them onto optional segments for reedition if they are not on the segment, i.e. shifting by at least the radius of working tool on the segment the start point to a position in the opposite direction to the proceeding one and the termination point in the same direction as the proceeding one to convert them to the corresponding control data in a machine control data editing process section 7 and return them to a memory section 5. A working machine control section 3 outputs commands to said body section 4 to work positions shifted only by the radius of working tool.
