An operator request torque calculating section 51 calculates an operator request torque TD for the output torque from a motor, based on the accelerator opening AC and the r.p.m. NM of a motor. A torque matching determining section 52 selects the smaller one of TCS request torque TT iputted from TCSECU or the operator request torque TD and sets a torque command TR for the output torque from the motor. A motor request power calculating section 53 calculates a motor request power PM for designating power consumption of the motor, based on the r.p.m. NM of the motor, the torque command TR outputted from the torque matching determining section 52, and a driving power limit command inputted from the torque-matching determining section 52.
