PURPOSE: To improve the working ratio of a plurality of conveyors connected in series by accurately checking the condition of conveyance in starting or stopping thereof.
CONSTITUTION: Materials are fed into a hopper 1 and cut by a cutter 2. The material thus cut are carried on conveyors 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 in sequence and fed into a receiving hopper 14. The conveyors 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 are equipped with driving motors 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 respectively. The motors 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 are controlled through a control circuit 17. In starting the conveyor, the circuit 17 receives a command signal 19 to start the motor 8. The, confirming the starting of the motor 8, the circuit 17 starts the cutter 2. When the conveyance of the materials starts, a signal moves with a shift resistor 18 through a speed-meter 13, a pulse correction circuit 15 and a gate circuit 16 at a speed equal to that of materials. Then the subsequent conveyors are operated in sequence.
