Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a driver from sensing an alarm as troublesome sound when a curve is continued in respect to a device for generating an alarm to a driver in accordance with a road state or controling the traveling state of a vehicle.
CONSTITUTION: This controller is provided with a curve detecting means 20 for detecting a curve, a judging means 30 for judging whether the speed of a vehicle entering into a curve is too high or not and an alarm means 40 for generating an alarm at the time of judging too high vehicle speed and the means 20 is provided with a continuous curve judging means for judging whether a curve is an independent curve or a continuous curve. When the curve is a continuous curve, the means 40 generates an alarm only when the vehicle enters into the 1st curve and interrupts the generation of an alarm on the 2nd curve and after.
