Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cup mixing type dispenser which can effectively stir and mix up a powder material and the hot water in a cup by a propeller regardless of different cup sizes and also can improve the mixing time and the flavor of the drink in the cup.
CONSTITUTION: In a drink sale mode of a cup mixing type dispenser, a cup CP of a size set for a specific drink is held by a mobile cup holder 41A of a cup carrier mechanism 4A placed under a cup carry-out port 1a. Then a powder material is supplied into the cup held by the holder 41A at a position under a powder material discharge port 2a together with the hot water poured into the cup under a hot water discharge port 3b respectively. Then the cup is moved to a place under 8 propeller A of a cup stirring mechanism 5A kept in an up-moving and waiting state. Under such conditions, the propeller 51 and a shaft 52 are moved down to a proper position set in the cup according its size via a shaft move-up/down gear 53. Then the propeller 51 is revolved via the shaft 52 to stir and mix up the powder material and the hot water in the cup. The propeller 51 is moved up again after the powder material and the hot water are mixed together, and the cup is carried to a cup take-out port via the holder 41A.
