DC brushless motors 8a and 8b each having a Hall element for detecting the rotor position are rotated by means of drivers 12a and 12b in response to detection of the rotor position by means of the Hall element. In response to detection of the rotor position by means of the Hall element, speed of rotation of the DC brushless motor 8a, 8b is detected and when the detected speed of rotation reaches a set level, a CPU 18 stops rotation of the DC brushless motors 8a and 8b being driven by means of the drivers 12a and 12b.
