PURPOSE: To make it possible to set respective action controlling positions on the basis of a mold touching position by a method wherein respective positions, each of which is the addition of a mold touching position to one of the respective action controlling positions inputted by an input means, are stored in a memory means and the respective action controlling positions are displayed on a display by subtracting the mold touching position from the respective action controlling positions stored in the memory means.
CONSTITUTION: When respective action controlling positions, at each of which action is controlled in response to the position of a mold clamping mechanism with a mold touching position as the origin, are inputted from an input means A, a memory control means B generates absolute co-ordinate positions by adding the mold touching position to inputted values in order to store the respective action controlling positions in a memory means C. As a result, respective actions are controlled in response to said memorized absolute co-ordinate positions. In addition, the respective action controlling positions are displayed on a CRT display by subtracting the mold touching position from the absolute co-ordinate positions memorized in the memory means C by means of a display control means D. Consequently, the respective action controlling positions are displayed by a co-ordinate system with the mold touching position as the origin and the setting of the respective action controlling positions are easy and at the same time displayed in an easily understandable way.
