Abstract:
To provide an opening/closing controller of a door capable of securely preventing the door from being interfered with an obstacle without being affected by the detection accuracy of a detection means.
This opening/closing controller of the door 3 controlling the opening/closing operation of the door 3 of a vehicle comprises a camera 5 detecting the obstacle in a photographing area on the outside of the vehicle and a constraint means constraining the opening of the door 3 based on signals from the camera 5. When the camera 5 does not detect the obstacle in the photographing area, the constraint means allows the opening of the door 3 so that the operating area of the door 3 comes up to the outer end of an external mirror 10.
