When starting an engine 8 during shifting of an automatic transmission part 20, the pressure of the locking device of the automatic transmission part 20 is properly controlled according to the start state of the engine 8 so that the torque capacity of the automatic transmission part 20 can be increased, and it is possible to cope with the sharp increase of torque due to the start of the engine 8, and therefore the blow-up of the engine 8 due to the shortage of the torque capacity of the automatic transmission part 20 can be suppressed.
