Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electric rolling stock from entering an AC section under the same condition as that in a DC section and from breaking an equipment, when the driver of the stock forgets to operate an AC-DC changeover switch before entering the AC section from the DC section by opening a circuit breaker, when it is detected that the stock enters a no-voltage section provided at the boundary between the DC section and AC section.
SOLUTION: When an electric rolling stock enters a no-voltage section at entering an AC section from a DC section, the stock is prevented from entering the AC section, when the circuit of the stock is kept under the same condition as that in the DC section and from breaking an equipment, by opening a circuit breaker 2 through detecting that the stock has entered the no-voltage section by preventing the reverse pressurization of a DC voltage relay 25.
