Abstract:
To provide a controller of an electronic vacuum regulating valve capable of improving transient responsiveness upon reducing an instruction value, in order to the reduce negative pressure of an actuator.SOLUTION: In a controller 100 of an electronic vacuum regulating valve 101 that adjusts the negative pressure of an actuator 103 that drives a valve body 102 based on an instruction value, the problem can be solved by providing a correction unit 105 that momentarily undershoots the instruction value upon reducing the instruction value, in order to reduce the negative pressure of the actuator 103.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
