Abstract:
To heat a printing plate at an approximately fixed temperature independently of the voltage of an AC power supplied to a fixing heater.
A heating controller sets the number of halogen lamp heaters to be lit based on voltage V0, V1, and V2, which are preliminarily stepwise set as a reference voltage, and sets a correction rate based on the reference voltage corresponding to the number of halogen lamp heaters and the AC voltage and controls lighting of halogen lamp heaters. Thus, the heating temperature of a printing plate 12 is kept approximately fixed independently of the AC voltage to heat the printing plate 12 at a proper temperature.
