To provide a controller which prevents worsening of a combustion condition by preventing unnecessary switching of a computation part in a control signal selection part even if turbulence occurs in a control signal due to the influence of noise, and also to provide a gas turbine device provided with the controller.
This controller is provided with a plurality of computation parts 13, 16 computing a predetermined control signal and the control signal selection part 21 selecting only one control signal from among a plurality of control signals to make it pass. The control signal selection part 21 inputs control signals computed by the computation parts 13, 16, respectively, selects the control signal indicating the minimum value or the maximum value from among a plurality of inputted control signals, and switches the computation parts so as to let only the control signal sent from the computation part computing the selected control signal pass. When the computation part is switched, a switching condition of the computation part is held during a predetermined time form the time when switching is performed to let only the control signal from the switched computation part pass.
