PURPOSE: To obtain a controller for a germination hastener capable of remarkably improving the heat radiating efficiency of a semiconductor element, etc., constructing a circuit of a heating controller by water-cooling action and simultaneously effectively discharging the static electricity electrifying the heating controller with hot water always circulating and flowing in a tank and thereby preventing maloperation caused by the static electricity.
CONSTITUTION: A germination hastener 1 is constructed by installing a tank 2 for storing hot water and dipping rice seeds therein, heating the hot water in the tank 2 and a hot water circulating device 8 for heating and circulating the hot water. A heating controller 9 equipped with an electric heater 10 dipped in the hot water is provided on a hot water heating chamber 3 of the hot water circulating device 8. The bottom panel 15 of the heating controller 9 is constructed of a good electric and heat conductor plate to form a hanging plate part 16 dipped in the hot water in a part thereof.
