Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically cope with rock qualities even if they vary, by changing over the flow rate of a rotary device according as the differential pressure of a percussion device, changing over the flow rate of a feeding device according as the differential pressure of the rotary device, and changing over the flow rate of the percussion device according as the differential pressure of the feeding device respectively.
SOLUTION: A differential pressure-sensing valve Vs1 is provided in a hydraulic pressure circuit to a percussion device P and a valve Vs2 is provided likewise in a hydraulic pressure circuit to a rotary device R. And further, a valve Vs3 is provided in a hydraulic circuit to a feeding device F. A changeover drive device S1 changing over a valve Vr1 to a large quantity of flow rate side when the differential pressure detected by the valve Vs3 rises up higher than a preset pressure, is provided in the changeover valve Vr1 for the flow rate. And a changeover drive device S2 is provided in the valve Vr2 and a changeover drive device S3 is provided in the valve Vr3 for the feeding device F. Differential pressures of respective hydraulic circuits of percussion, rotation, and feed are detected and mutual flow rates are proportionally controlled. In this way, the life of accessories such as a rod or the like is made durable and bending of a drilled hole is prevented and the drilling time is shortened.
