Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily and quickly control a hydraulic servo system with higher accuracy by providing a simulation circuit which simulates the ideal dynamic characteristic of the servo system, a feedback control means, a hunting detection means, and a gain control means. CONSTITUTION:A real output signal (y) received from a hydraulic servo system 1 is detected during the working of the system 1 to be controlled. At the same time, the same input signal (u) is inputted to a simulation circuit 2 provided in parallel to the system 1. Thus an ideal output signal y0 of the system 1 is obtained. The subtracting correction is applied to the signal (u) via a computing element 4 based on the deviation DELTAy set between both signals (y) and y0. Then the feedback control is applied to the system 1 so that the signal (y) of the system 1 is turned into the signal y0. In this case, the gain is not directly increased by a gain controller 6 even though the response of the system 1 is slow together with the small gain. Then the signal (u) is corrected based on the deviation DELTAy. The hunting if caused due to the excessive gain is detected by a detector 5, and the controller 6 reduces directly the gain of the system 1 to control it.
