Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate a commutation failure by automatically switching a current limit value to a low value when the voltage of a motor exceeds the prescribed value to regeneratively operate, thereby suppressing the increase in the commutation superposing angle. CONSTITUTION:A regenerative operation detector 29, a voltage detector 46 and a regenerative time current limiter are added to a speed controller 3. The limiter has FETs 30A, 30B, diodes 31A, 31B and Zener diodes 21A-21D. The limiter automatically switches the current limit value to a low value on the basis of an output signal of the detectors 29, 46 when the voltage of the motor exceeds the prescribed value to regeneratively operated.
