PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller installation structure that can prevent external force from being applied to a controller installed to a vehicle via a bracket.SOLUTION: In the controller installation structure for installing a controller 3 to a vehicle 1 via a bracket 4, the bracket 4 includes: a holding part 41 for holding the controller 3; and an installation part 42 connected to the holding part 41 so as to curve upward or downward from the holding part 41 and installed to the vehicle 1, where a notch 43 is formed at an end part on a boundary line of a connection part of the holding part 41 and the installation part 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
