Abstract:
PURPOSE:To precisely control the number of motors with no overshoot even with use of a controller that has the low responsiveness. CONSTITUTION:The number of operating motors of the blowers 1-3, etc., are calculated based on the only process value. At the same time, it i decided based on other related process values whether the actual number of motors should be increased or decreased. If the number of motors should be increased or decreased, the motors are increased or decreased based on the number calculated from the only process value. Thus it is possible to suppress the overshoot that is easily caused when the number of motors is controlled based on the process value having the comparatively high responsiveness in system having especially low responsiveness. Then the stable control of a system is attained.
