Title:
CONTROLLER FOR OVEN TOASTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0526448
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain relay drive means which is not synchronized with a phase of a power source and a controller for an oven toaster in which a time can be easily set by providing an electronic timer for operating a first relay and a drive power source for two relays, having a DC resistor and a capacitor.

CONSTITUTION: When terminal voltages of capacitors 22, 23 exceed a set voltage of voltage setting means 26, an N-P-N transistor 24 is turned ON. As a result, a second relay contact 18 is closed, and a power source is self-held. On the other hand, a transistor 25 is also driven. As a result, transistors 29, 30 are turned ON, and a first relay 31 is operated. Thus, a heater 14 is energized by a first relay contact 15 to perform cooking. Then, When a CR timer 16 counts for a predetermined time, a transistor 32 is turned ON, and the transistor 24 is turned OFF. Thus, a second relay contact 18 is opened, and the contact 15 is opened. Since this timing depends only on discharge of the capacitor 23, it is not synchronized with the phase of the power source.
