PURPOSE: To attain the safety and easiness of an operation by automatically performing a following vehicle entrance/exit processing by depressing a push button to instruct the entrance/exit only for one time by inserting an IC card to a card reader by a vehicle at a parking device for a specific user.

CONSTITUTION: When the entrance/exit of the vehicle is performed at the parking device and the user issues an entrance/exit instruction by inserting the IC card 1 to the card reader 2, the card reader 2 reads data written on the IC card, and sends it to a control part 15. Meanwhile, since a state signal representing the state of a storage mechanism 7 is sent from detectors 8-12, the control part 15 identifies the user from stored control data and the data read from the card reader 2, and designates a targeted parking room for entrance/exit, and sends a control signal according to a control program to the storage mechanism 7 sequentially. The storage mechanism 7 automatically performs the entrance or exit processing of the vehicle according to the control signal. In such a way, the user can safely and easily perform the operation, respectively.
