PURPOSE: To make the output current waveform into sine wave as far as ultralow frequency region by distributing and adding pulse width being thinned off, leaving some phases, to the pulse width of other phases.
CONSTITUTION: It is examined (F2100) whether it is necessary to thin off pulses or not by comparing pulse width data with the limit value 'Limit' being the minimum pulse width determined by the rating of a semiconductor element. In case that the pulse width data is smaller than the limit value 'Limit' of the semiconductor element and it is necessary to thin off the pulses, the value 0μsec is reset (F2300) to the pulse width being its object. This way, the pulses having become the object is thinned off, so the pulse width being subtracted in this while is divided into two, and they are distributed (F2400) to other two phases. Hereby, the distortion of the output current waveform in two phases excluding the phase being the object of thinning off can be made small, and the output current waveform can be made sine waves as far as ultralow frequency region.
