Abstract:

To eliminate a hysteresis characteristic in the control of flow rate by providing a plurality of flow-rate control nozzles comprising a plurality of flow-rate control pipes which are vertically piled at intervals in the boundary area of adjacent fluidized layers and providing spray nozzles composed of a plurality of holes on the lower surfaces of the flow-rate control nozzles.

Flow rate control nozzles 30a to 30j comprising a plurality of horizontal pipes which are vertically pipled at intervals are located between a fluidized layer 20b and a fluidized layer 20c. Air spray nozzles 31 are opened and formed on the lower surfaces of the respective flow rate control nozzles 30a to 30j. Then, air is supplied to the flow rate control nozzles 30a to 30j to fluidize clearances between the flow rate control nozzles 30a to 30j and move particles from the fluidized layer 20b to the fluidized layer 20c. Thus, the particles are circulated to a combustor through a cold recycle system. Thus, a hystresis characteristic in the control of flow rate can be removed.
