PURPOSE: To transmit and receive operation information regarding an electrical equipment in a car with locking or release.

CONSTITUTION: An antenna 11 receiving a radio signal such as a password code from the outside, a storage section 16, in which a specified password code is stored previously, and a control means 12 comparing the password code stored in the storage section 16 and the password code from the outside received by the antenna 11 and controlling the release of the door locking mechanism 31, etc., of a car when both password codes coincide are provided. The control means 12 has an operation-information transmitting section 15 controlling data transmission with an electrical-equipment controller 35 driving and controlling an electrical equipment 33 such as a power sheet in a car on the basis of specified operation information. A reception circuit 13 receiving operation information from the outside by the antenna 11 and a transmission circuit 14 transmitting and outputting operation information from the electrical- equipment controller 35 by the antenna 11 are juxtaposed to the operation- information transmitting section 15.
