To solve the following problem: the controllability of a controlled variable of a motor generator lowers depending on norm setting accuracy in implementing processing of setting norm of an output voltage vector of an inverter IV with a required torque Tr and an electrical angular speed ω for the motor generator serving as inputs.
A norm setting part 31 sets a basic norm Vn1 based on a required torque Tr and an electrical angular speed ω. A correction amount calculation part 32 calculates a correction amount ΔVn as a feedback operational amount of a d-axis current. A correction amount 33 calculates a norm Vn by correcting the basic norm Vn1 with the correction amount ΔVn. A phase setting part 34 sets a phase δ as a feedback operational amount of a q-axis current. An operational signal generation part 35 generates an operational signal of an inverter based on the norm Vn and the phase δ.
